ON THE DAY OF APPOINTMENT

Please dress accordingly as our office temperature will be maintained at a cooler range of 65-68 degrees, but we do have blankets if you need one.

We are located at 150 W Crescent Square Drive, Graham NC 27253. Our office is behind Wendy’s and across the street from Davita Dialysis Center. Please strive to get here 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. When you arrive, please come to the front door. For security reasons it will be locked, but with a gentle knock we will buzz you in.
